# System Status

> Comprehensive system status check.

Checks the status of all critical system components including
the workflow engine and Redis cache. Returns appropriate HTTP
status codes based on service health.

HTTP Status Codes:
- 200: All services healthy or degraded (but operational)
- 503: Critical services unavailable

Returns:
    dict: Detailed system status information
